1. Nature of Services
We provide:

IT consulting
UI/UX design
Product design
Web, Mobile and digital services

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are limited and conditional.

2. Project-Based Services
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
If a project is cancelled mid-way:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed
- Any advance beyond completed work may be refunded at our discretion

3. Advance Payments
Advance payments are required to initiate projects
Advances are generally non-refundable, except in cases where work has not yet started

4. Subscription / Retainer Services (if applicable)
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with prior notice (e.g., 7–15 days)
No refunds for ongoing billing cycles once started

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
Any duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days

6. Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method
Processing time depends on the payment provider (e.g., Razorpay, banks)

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.
